2 Timothy 1:7

"For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline."

Timidity is not a struggle I face, actually quite the opposite. Yet somehow it brings me back to still lacking a spirit of power and of love and of self-discipline. I am not a timid person by any means. Actually, I tend to verbally dispel or vomit my thoughts on people, before considering what digestive juices my vomit may be composed of. It's a nasty picture, and for that I am sorry... For now, I will work on thinking before I talk so to avoid putting the foot in the mouth. And that my friends, takes a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.
